Welcome to FoundStep (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Account & Use

• You must create an account to access and use our app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• There are no age or country restrictions; however, you must use the app in accordance with applicable laws.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

2. User-Generated Content

• Users may post content, such as projects, to public areas of the app.
• You retain all rights to the content you create and post.
• By posting, you grant us permission to display your content within the app for other users to view. We do not claim ownership or a license beyond this.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some features may require payment or a subscription.
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
• Since the project is not fully launched, no detailed refund or subscription terms are currently applicable.
• You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Access or attempt to access other users’ private data.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the app’s functionality.
• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Use the app for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• FoundStep provides tools to help you manage ideas and projects, but we do not guarantee success, completion, or revenue from your projects.
• Your use of the app is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, ideas, or profits, or any damages resulting from technical issues or downtime.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the app.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by international laws applicable to the operation of our app. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in good faith between the parties. You agree to resolve disputes amicably before seeking formal legal action.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
